Compared with the ordinary shearing machine, the swinging hydraulic shearing machines are mostly used in slanting cutting. It is widely used because of its simple structure, low failure rate, high shearing efficiency and no bow, warp and distortion after shearing.
During the shearing process, with the turning of the tool carrier, the shear angle and shear gap will change.
The hydraulic shearing machine is all steel welding mechanism, hydraulic transmission, vibration to eliminate stress,high strength and good rigidity.
The swinging hydraulic shearing machine adopts the main oil cylinder (fixed on the wall board) for downward shearing movement and nitrogen cylinder return, thus simplifying the hydraulic system and running more stable.
The upper tool holder of the pendulum scissors wobble around a fixed axis during the shearing process. Through the function of the lever, the support point is small, and the life of the cutting edge and the hydraulic shearing machine life can be improved. The whole hydraulic shearing machine structure is compact.It can also adjust the travel amount of the upper tool rest by infinitely, thus greatly improving the work efficiency.
1. The hydraulic shearing machine should be able to ensure the straightness and smoothness of the shear surface of the sheared sheet, and minimize the distortion of the sheet to obtain high-quality workpieces.
2. The upper blade of the hydraulic shearing machine is fixed on the tool carrier, and the lower blade is fixed on the worktable. A supporting ball is installed on the worktable to avoid scratching when the sheet material is slipping on it.
3. The rear stopper is used for the location of the plate, and the position is adjusted by the motor.
The press cylinder is used to compress the sheet material to prevent the sheet from moving during shearing.
4. Guardrail is a safety device to prevent accidents. The return generally depends on nitrogen, fast speed, and small impact.
